I used to always use html based MOTD's back when I was runnin servers, made it easy to edit for meetings, events, etc.
Put this one up on the new webserver... should be ready to roll once things get switched over.

first of all i wasnt aware this was a contest and second of all i could do much better but achilles wanted me to keep it simple.

Wasn't trying to steal anyone's limelight here, I simply added another design. I did it only becuase it matched the table design of the new site. Not to compete with anyone
