It's been reviewed and noted. I think any analysis of how he handled himself is best kept private, however we appreciate you guys taking the time to come and voice your concerns. It shouldn't need to be stated that we're all being watched all the time. Our foremost responsibility is to make sure everyone has a good time, and the administering, kicking, banning etc...is all just a means to that end.
