OPtimuZ - i was banned for typing something

yo guys i was just banned by the server by doing this

i typed !help and the it said see console for output, and i did then i saw some commands and i typed one in and it banned me. please can you unban me, i didnt know what it did xD

what is the issue on the !help command?? why is it banning people?? if it continuously banning people, can we just disable the !help command so we can avoid this matter.
