So, as I am righting this, I have no programs or no internet pages opened other than this page of course and I hear some people talking about microsoft and google... Anyone has any clue wtf is this shit?

restarting your computer and see if it goes away if not. then check if anything is open like in the right bottom righthand corner or somthing.

i had that happen to me before scared the shit out of me i dont remember what website it was i did not see any adverts and i just heard people talking i was like WTF.

You didnt have Vent running in the background did ya?
