I for instance, have most of my chat hidden,
and do not read notices therein.
A friendly "VOCAL" reminder helps a lot.
If after you asked him to not to, and he did it again, then yes, a ban would be in order.

As far as I was aware, this server is very strict on racism. That's part of why we have it in the automatic reminders.
Its funny that you dont see anyone say anything racist for a while, then the reminder pops up, then someone types it in. It's almost like they do it to spite the fact that we're asking them not to.

Alot of other servers do alot of other things... we arent them though. And, we have standards.
