In CS:S no, but for the xbox 360 I have done many GameBattles teams and they are usually all successful, and in halo 2 me and a couple of my friends had made many clans and would get to 101 in a clan and make a new branch.

I found it by joining a office/dust 2 server then saw the friendly atmosphere and liked it.
