Noobfusion is currently hiring for a Member Support Agent position. This is a great opportunity to interact with members, and guests looking to join NF and get involved with our community. This job is a volunteer position, which means you will not be paid.
Job Duties: Answer and assist new members and guests, using our live person chat system. Resolve on going issues on the forums, and transferring important issues to moderators or management. Coordinate and communicate, with a higher level personal to discuss and resolve members and guest needs. When required, participate in meetings using our steam or teamspeak servers. Follow higher level personal orders. Making sure to contact the right personal of each department.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Noobfusion Member
-Must be a Noobfusion Admin
-Must be active on forums and servers.
-Must be available a minimum of 5 hours on the forums, when scheduled.
-Use proper grammar, and spelling. Be organized, and respect all others.
-Must know who higher level personal are.
We will train the right candidate, for a minimum of one week!
