| do we have a plugin in our server which can change our walking speed???
like in noobsalad, every knife round, sometimes they change the @speed 20 or 40, so we're doing knife round hella fast.

| thanks, bcuz i remember, when we do a knife round on NS dust2, everyone was laughing and happy about the speed of their character. we only do one knife round every map rotation, so i guess, by adding this plugin, everyone will enjoy it too.
