Well, for his defense, I have to say that speed hacking is freaking obvious and you have to be a retard to ban someone for speedhacking and be wrong about it.

Another thing. If he doesn't even come back to complain that he got banned for nothing, it means that he was probably hacking. Also, I don't see why the ban would be lifted if no one complains about it.
